I'm All In


For the past week I’ve been eating a plant based diet. I don’t eat much meat or diary anyway so it really hasn’t been too hard. The hardest part for me was giving up sugar. I love sugar and I might even go as far as to say it’s my addiction, but so far I have not had any cravings for it.  I’ve been kind of sitting on the fence on the whole Vegan thing but last night I watched “Forks over Knives” and I'm happy to report “I’m All In". If you haven’t watched it I highly recommend you do. It's a real eye opener!
 
Tonight’s dinner along with Refried Bean Cakes & Salsas and for dessert a Pumkin Pie Smoothie. YUM!
